The Reserve Bank of India published information about card. Old magnetic card is not safe. Reserve Bank was announced old ATM, debit card change in EMV card in 2015.

EMV is Smart payment card. In this card, data stored in integrated circuit. This card also called Chip card or IC Card. How many times you do transactions, Dynamic data will create that times. No one can make duplicate card or copy of this card. It helps to stop fraud of your card. Customers get benefits of this card.
How can you recognize EMV card?
Check your card and chip on your card. You have to check chip right side of your debit or credit card. If it is avalable your card will not block and if chip will not available on your card, your card will block in December 31, 2018.
